With extensive experience in corporate finance, M&A, and international business strategy, James Eyton joins Monta at a pivotal moment in its expansion across Europe and North America. His appointment completes Monta's leadership team following the recent arrival of Eleanor O'Neill as Chief Revenue Officer, strengthening the company’s capacity to scale and execute its growth strategy, after an €80M funding round late in 2024.
James Eyton brings a strong background in financial leadership, having worked across B2B and B2C businesses in the US, Asia-Pacific, and Europe. He has a proven track record in scaling businesses worldwide, successfully driving financial growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion. His expertise in scaling companies, navigating regulated industries, and implementing data-driven financial strategies will be instrumental in supporting Monta’s rapid growth.
