Operators can now create discount (%) promotion codes in the Hub and specify which charge points the discount should be eligible on. Users in the App can clearly see on the map which charge points are discounted after redeeming a discount code.
Public CPOs can now offer a subscription based discount on charging to drive charge point utilisation and build recurring revenue streams.
You can now add vehicles in the Hub and keep an overview of all your added and integrated vehicles. Adding vehicles (without integrating them) is a great way to keep an overview of your fleet and link them to charge keys or members, which for example can help to understand costs per vehicle in the long run.
The ability to update or delete operator-level and team-level bank accounts has been removed from both Portal and Hub and replaced with a feature toggle, "Allow Team Bank Account Update," which is configurable at the operator level.
Support staff can now initiate charging sessions remotely by entering a User ID in Hub. Currently available to limited partners only.
