Charging rules gives you the ability to pre-define the charge settings for your personal charge point at home. After you have set up a rule, you don't need to use Monta Charge to initiate charging anymore!
Before you set it and forget it, here are some things to keep in mind:
- Charging rules only work when the charge point is set to Private
- Currently, you can only create 1 rule at a time
- If you set up a Charging rule, you can still perform a manual charge (slide start via Monta Charge)
- Your charge point needs to support AutoStart and AutoSmartCharge.
- To create a Charging rule, you need to be the owner of the charge point or have configuration rights
